Trade show visitors are in some instances potential exhibitors checking the event with a view to exhibiting in the future.

The WRS online registration system can incorporate a mandatory question in the demographics, asking if their organisation’s products or services could be exhibited at the event.  A positive response to this question triggers an email to a nominated address with the full contact details of the person registering.

This can generate sales leads for the team and shorten the lead time from enquiry to sale.
