Investing In The Next Generation

Each year, WRS contributes to a final year project with the students at the UK Centre for Events Management.

The module aims to develop the student’s personal knowledge and management skills in negotiating with, and managing, a wide variety of partners and clients in the events industry from public, private and voluntary sectors, recognising the varied and complex nature of relationships between an event organisation and its partners and clients; synthesising the theory of organisational behaviour in developing client / partner relationships; demonstrating a critical understanding of the wider strategic implications of successful partnership development and maintenance; and demonstrating a professional approach in dealing with all key event stakeholders.
